Description

Delicious S’more Bars that combine the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows in a convenient bar form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour and salt, then sprinkle over the chocolate and marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
