- 8 oz Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked Gouda, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños.
