Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups frozen street corn
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the frozen street corn on top of the chicken.
