Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Transfer the cooked turkey to the slow cooker.
  3. Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
