  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
