- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 avocado, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
- Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, green onions, and diced avocado before serving.
