- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and brush with more butter mixture, grilling for an additional 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.

- Ensure the lobster tails are thawed if previously frozen.
