A delicious and flavorful garlic butter seafood boil that brings together a variety of seafood in a savory broth.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb mussels
- 1 lb clams
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the mussels and clams, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Mix in the lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the seafood with the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to add other seafood like lobster or scallops.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
