Description

A deliciously sweet and salty treat combining the flavors of salted caramel and crunchy pretzels in a rich fudge.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Add the crushed pretzels and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the fudge and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and spread evenly.
  8. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with more sea salt.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
