Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  6. Spread apple pie filling over the batter, then pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled, drizzled with additional salted caramel sauce if desired.
