- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups apple pie filling
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Spread apple pie filling over the batter, then pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, drizzled with additional salted caramel sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade salted caramel sauce.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating to prevent cracks.
- Top with whipped cream for an extra treat.
