  • 25g fresh yeast

  • 3 eggs
  • 200g strawberry jam
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Decorative sugar and fruits (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and softened butter to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Once risen, roll out the dough and spread the strawberry jam and cream cheese evenly.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and shape it into a ring, sealing the edges.
  7. Place the ring on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
