  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the drained artichoke hearts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread the artichoke hearts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
