  • Fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
