Delicious bite-sized treats made with a creamy raspberry filling and a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, raspberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
  4. Layer another sheet of phyllo dough on top and brush with butter again.
  5. Cut the layered phyllo into squares and place a spoonful of the raspberry cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of the phyllo over the filling to create a pocket.
  7. Place the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your preference.
  • These bites can be served warm or at room temperature.
