Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, raspberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
- Layer another sheet of phyllo dough on top and brush with butter again.
- Cut the layered phyllo into squares and place a spoonful of the raspberry cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the phyllo over the filling to create a pocket.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your preference.
- These bites can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
