Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, and add raspberries.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.
