Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them carefully.
  3. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks, placing them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls and add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl to create different colors.
  6. Fill each egg white half with the colored yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve chilled.
