- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them carefully.
- Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks, placing them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls and add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl to create different colors.
- Fill each egg white half with the colored yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve chilled.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh eggs.
- Feel free to experiment with different colors and combinations.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
