Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

- This soup can be made with frozen ravioli as well.
