- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, crumbled feta cheese, and Greek yogurt.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Using a hand mixer or food processor, blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
