  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
