- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each chilled pumpkin ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
