Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with the pumpkin cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Let cool before serving.
