Description

Delicious pulled BBQ beef sandwiches made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the beef chuck roast with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned roast on top of the onions and garlic in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce over the beef.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
  6. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  7. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix it with the BBQ sauce.
  8. Serve the pulled beef on hamburger buns.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in BBQ sauce overnight before cooking.
  • Serve with coleslaw for added crunch.
