- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Once the meatballs are done, assemble the sliders by placing meatballs inside the slider buns.
- Brush the garlic Parmesan butter mixture over the assembled sliders.
- Return the sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the buns are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add marinara sauce for extra flavor.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
