Description

Delicious pull-apart meatball sliders topped with garlic parmesan butter, perfect for parties or a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, assemble the sliders by placing meatballs inside the slider buns.
  7. Brush the garlic Parmesan butter mixture over the assembled sliders.
  8. Return the sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the buns are golden and crispy.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
