Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  8. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  9. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
