- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
