Delicious and gooey s’mores bars that bring the campfire experience indoors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the graham cracker mixture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to substitute regular chocolate chips with dark or white chocolate for a different taste.
