Delicious and gooey s’mores bars that bring the campfire experience indoors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Layer mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the graham cracker mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to substitute regular chocolate chips with dark or white chocolate for a different taste.
