- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add the trimmed asparagus around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle any remaining marinade over the asparagus.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
