Description

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring tender chicken and fresh asparagus, all infused with a zesty lemon garlic flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Add the trimmed asparagus around the chicken on the baking sheet.
