Description
No-Bake S’mores Bars are a delicious and easy dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores without the need for an oven.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add melted butter and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker base.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add nuts or other toppings as desired.
