Delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Oreo Truffles made with just four ingredients.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz chocolate coating (milk or dark)
- Optional: additional crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate coating in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return them to the baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of the chocolate-coated truffles before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the truffles again until the chocolate is firm, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate coatings.
- These truffles can be frozen for longer storage; just thaw before serving.
