  • Green food coloring
  • Olives for eyes
  • Cooked bacon bits for decoration

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Mix in a few drops of green food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
  7. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a monster form.
  9. Use olives for eyes and sprinkle bacon bits for decoration.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
