Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in a few drops of green food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a monster form.
- Use olives for eyes and sprinkle bacon bits for decoration.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
