Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the mini chocolate chips, chopped mint leaves, peppermint extract, and salt.
