Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 mini burger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble the mini burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding desired toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
