- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to create a roux.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully melted and combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Transfer the mac and cheese to a greased baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
