  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chili powder.
  4. Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and brush the mixture over the corn.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
