  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown, then pour it into a round baking dish to form the caramel.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
  5. Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan filled with water (water bath) and bake for about 50-60 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
