- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lime juice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with fresh fruit or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for added sweetness.
