A refreshing and healthy Mediterranean Tuna Pasta Salad perfect for a no-meat lunch option.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
