Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
- Start with the dressing at the bottom of the mason jar.
- Add the black beans and corn on top of the dressing.
- Layer the diced bell peppers and cucumbers next.
- Add the shredded carrots and red onion.
- Top with cherry tomatoes and finally the mixed greens.
- Seal the jar tightly and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
- When ready to serve, shake the jar to mix the ingredients and enjoy!
