Description

A festive treat perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, these chocolate-dipped pretzel rods are easy to make and deliciously fun.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pretzel rods
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (green and gold)

Instructions

  1. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Dip each pretzel rod into the melted green candy, covering about two-thirds of the rod.
  3. Place the dipped pretzel rods on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with green and gold sprinkles.
  5. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the pretzel rods for decoration.
  6. Allow the pretzel rods to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
