Description
A light and fluffy sandwich made with low-carb cloud bread, filled with turkey and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 oz sliced turkey
- Leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
- Tomato slices
- Mustard or mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- In the bowl with egg yolks, add cream cheese, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- In the other bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the mixture into rounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cloud bread cool before assembling the sandwich.
- Layer turkey, leafy greens, and tomato slices on one piece of cloud bread, add mustard or mayonnaise if desired, and top with another piece of cloud bread.
Notes
- Store leftover cloud bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for more servings.
