- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and onion; cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon; cover and let it melt for a few minutes.
