- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the dried lavender. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the lavender infusion into a pitcher, discarding the lavender flowers.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water and mix well.
- Chill the lavender lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs if desired.
