- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons sumac
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pomegranate juice, sumac, olive oil, salt, pepper, and honey.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
