Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  2. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  3. Add the meatballs to the boiling broth and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped kale or spinach and pasta to the pot. Cook until the pasta is al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
