  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add heavy cream, butter, egg yolks, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mash until smooth.
  5. If using, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer the potato mixture to a piping bag and pipe into decorative shapes on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
