- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with rye bread, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add some diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
