Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the prime rib steak slices with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill or sear the steak slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté the onions and mushrooms until they are soft and caramelized.
  5. Spread horseradish sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
  6. Layer the steak, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and provolone cheese on one slice of bread.
