- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and sliced

- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil the sliced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the saucepan, stirring until melted and combined.

- Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes, ensuring they are well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
