- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once firm, roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans or walnuts until fully coated.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
- This cheeseball can be made a day in advance for convenience.
