Ingredients

- 1 cup Irish cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup beer (preferably a stout or lager)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and beer until smooth.
- Add the shredded Irish cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with pretzels for dipping.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
