Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the rolled oats and mix well.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the buttermilk and honey.
- Stir until a dough forms, then knead gently on a floured surface.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
- Cut a cross on the top of the loaf to help it rise.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
